The meeting is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, 1 September (approx. 08:30) to Wednesday, 2 September (approx. 13:00).
🛬 Drop In Monday 31 August
We warmly welcome you to arrive already on Monday, 31 August. Since the official program begins early on Tuesday morning, we recommend arriving on Monday to ensure a relaxed and comfortable start to the meeting. Hotel check in starts from 3 pm.
Welcome Dinner – Monday Evening
For those arriving on Monday, we will host a welcome dinner at the hotel in the evening.
Practical Information
Travel expenses are covered by each participant.
Åkerströms covers accommodation and full board for up to two participants per company.
Additional participants are welcome; however, all related costs for participation beyond two representatives per company will be covered by the respective company.
