Authorized Access to Cranes and Lifting Equipment

With Access_Ctrl, only authorized operators can use the equipment. To activate the radio control, operators identify themselves using a personal RFID card or tag. The system supports standard RFID tags and can also be integrated with existing company access cards.

Through the web portal, administrators assign access rights to operators with the appropriate training and qualifications for specific equipment. When an authorization is about to expire, the system automatically sends reminders to relevant personnel. Renewing authorizations is quick and simple, with new validity periods assigned directly through the system.

By ensuring that only qualified personnel have access to the radio control, the risk of improper operation is significantly reduced. This contributes to a safer workplace, helps prevent accidents, and minimizes damage to equipment.

Digitized Daily Inspections

Daily inspections are one of the most fundamental requirements for safe operation. Yet many workplaces still perform inspections manually and document them on paper, creating a risk that checks are overlooked.

With Access_Ctrl, inspections are carried out directly through the radio control. Inspection checkpoints are configured according to the company’s requirements, and operators are guided through each step of the process. Once completed, inspection results are automatically logged in the web portal.

If a deviation is reported, a notification is immediately sent to the relevant personnel, enabling faster response times and allowing issues to be addressed before they result in downtime or safety risks.
