During these two days, we will share strategic and business updates, exchange market insights and experiences, and discuss how we can continue to grow together across our respective markets.

The event will take place at Elite Hotel Marina Tower, located by the waterfront just outside central Stockholm.

Dates & Times

The meeting is scheduled to start on Tuesday, 1 September at approximately 08:30 and end on Wednesday, 2 September at approximately 13:00.

Since the official programme begins early on Tuesday morning, we recommend arriving already on Monday, 31 August. Hotel check-in is available from 15:00 on Monday.

Welcome Dinner – Monday Evening For those arriving on Monday, we will host a welcome dinner at the hotel in the evening.

Travel Information

For participants arriving at Stockholm Arlanda Airport, there are several ways to get to Elite Hotel Marina Tower.

Option 1: Arlanda Express + Taxi
The fastest way to travel from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm city centre is by Arlanda Express. The train runs between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm Central Station, with a travel time of approximately 18 minutes. Trains depart regularly, usually every 12–15 minutes.

From Stockholm Central Station, we recommend taking a taxi to Elite Hotel Marina Tower. The taxi ride from the Central Station to the hotel takes approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Option 2: Taxi Directly from Arlanda Airport
You can also take a taxi directly from Arlanda Airport to the hotel. Taxis are available outside the arrivals halls at the airport.
