Send us your repairs, reclaims
For all service repair and warranty issues, you will need to complete a repair report, print it out and return it to us with your equipment.
In the case of a reclaim, the form below must be filled in and emailed to our Complaints Department at complaints@akerstroms.se and wait for our response (normally within 1-3 days). After received feedback from us, please print the completed report and attach it together with your return.
In the case of repair or service matters, the report is filled in and attached with the return (no email before return is needed).
