Status Update – Transition to Our New ERP System

As previously communicated, we have now transitioned to our new ERP system – an important step in modernizing our processes and strengthening our service and quality going forward.
The implementation is progressing according to plan, but as is common with major system transitions, there is an initial stabilization period. At this stage, this means that some processes are taking slightly longer than usual. This primarily affects:

• Order confirmations, which may take a little longer to be sent out.
• Deliveries, where handling times are temporarily somewhat longer than normal.

At present, we are not seeing any significant deviations – operations are running steadily, although at a slightly slower pace as the system and routines settle in.

We are actively working to optimize our processes and expect gradual improvements over the coming weeks. In the meantime, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
