Support for SSO and Microsoft Entra ID Sign-In
With Single Sign-On (SSO), users can sign in to Access_Ctrl using their existing work account. This means one less password to manage while allowing your organization’s security policies to be applied automatically within Access_Ctrl. When an employee leaves the organization and their work account is deactivated, access to Access_Ctrl is automatically removed as well, simplifying administration and enhancing security.

Configurable Password Policies
Access_Ctrl can be adapted to your organization’s security requirements through configurable password policies, allowing administrators to define requirements such as password length, special characters, and other criteria. This makes it easier to comply with internal policies and security standards without having to adapt workflows to the system’s default settings.

Notifications for Reported Faults
When a fault is reported during a daily inspection, a notification is sent directly to the relevant recipients. This enables faster action and helps reduce the risk of accidents, downtime, or other operational disruptions.

Notifications for Expiring Authorizations and Operator Permits
Administrators are notified when user authorizations and driving permits are approaching their expiration date. This makes it easier to plan renewals in advance and avoid unnecessary interruptions to daily operations.

Notification Management via Email, SMS and In-App Notifications
Administrators can easily define who should be informed about different events, ensuring that the right information reaches the right recipients. All notification settings are gathered on a single page, making it easy to manage which notifications are sent and to whom.

Notes on Users and Devices
Notes can be added directly on users and devices, ensuring that important history and relevant information are stored and readily available within the system.

API Access for Integrations
API access make it easier to integrate Access_Ctrl with other systems.

Manage Multiple Organizations from a Single Account
Administrators can manage multiple organizations from a single account, providing a more efficient administration experience for businesses operating across multiple sites or companies.

Updated User Interface
Access_Ctrl features an updated user interface that provides better visibility and makes navigation easier. Existing workflows remain unchanged, while new visual improvements make the interface easier to learn and use.

Stability and Performance Improvements
Version 1.8 also includes historical data archiving, performance enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure continued stable and efficient operation.
