The role is a new one at \u00c5kerstr\u00f6ms, and it concentrates responsibility for developing the organisation in accordance with the Company\u2019s ongoing objectives. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Anna\u2019s last job was as a Business Developer at Visit Dalarna. Before that, she worked as an HR Business Partner at Lyko in Vansbro and at Wibe in Mora. She also ran her own company in HR and organisational development for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cI am looking forward to joining this highly impressive team in developing and carrying forward \u00c5kerstr\u00f6ms proud history. My ambition is to shape and implement future strategic and operational HR to make the company the most attractive employer in Western Dalarna, and I am really looking forward to the challenge\u201d. \u201cAs well as staying at the cutting edge in offering new and innovative solutions for the continuing success of the company and our customers, we must be at least as innovative in finding solutions that encourage both the staff we have on board today and future colleagues to thrive, develop and remain with us for many years.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cOur colleagues are and will always be at the centre of everything we do.
