Below, you will find details about the programme, hotel accommodation, transportation, arrival and departure, and other useful information for your stay in Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to welcoming you to Stockholm this September and to spending a few inspiring and rewarding days together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Location<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will take place at <strong>Elite Hotel Marina Tower<\/strong>, located by the waterfront just outside central Stockholm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Adress:<\/strong> Saltsj\u00f6qvarns Kaj 25 131 71 Nacka Stockholm, Sweden<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dates &amp; Times<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting is scheduled to start on <strong>Tuesday, 1 September at approximately 08:30<\/strong> and end on <strong>Wednesday, 2 September at approximately 13:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the official programme begins early on Tuesday morning, we recommend arriving already on <strong>Monday, 31 August<\/strong>. Hotel check-in is available from <strong>15:00<\/strong> on Monday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Welcome Dinner \u2013 Monday Evening<\/strong> For those arriving on Monday, we will host a welcome dinner at the hotel in the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Travel Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For participants arriving at <strong>Stockholm Arlanda Airport<\/strong>, there are several ways to get to <strong>Elite Hotel Marina Tower<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 1: Arlanda Express + Taxi<\/strong><br>The fastest way to travel from Arlanda Airport to Stockholm city centre is by <strong>Arlanda Express<\/strong>. The train runs between Arlanda Airport and Stockholm Central Station, with a travel time of approximately <strong>18 minutes<\/strong>. Trains depart regularly, usually every <strong>12\u201315 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From <strong>Stockholm Central Station<\/strong>, we recommend taking a taxi to <strong>Elite Hotel Marina Tower<\/strong>. The taxi ride from the Central Station to the hotel takes approximately <strong>10\u201315 minutes<\/strong>, depending on traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Option 2: Taxi Directly from Arlanda Airport<\/strong><br>You can also take a taxi directly from Arlanda Airport to the hotel.
