Freight and delivery terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For deliveries within Scandinavia, we apply NL17 and deliver according to INCOTERMS FCA Bj\u00f6rbo, unless otherwise agreed. For deliveries outside Scandinavia Orgalime 2012 and SW14 are applied. Contact us if you would like to view the terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our deliveries are normally shipped via DHL. Our aim is to deliver spare parts the same day and standard products (stock items) within 1-2 days. We cannot always guarantee that the product will be available in stock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customs documentation and dangerous goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We guarantee that the management of all dangerous goods deliveries and customs documentation will be correct according to applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deliveries of Li-ion batteries are regulated by UN3480<\/a> and UN3481<\/a>. Our personnel are specially trained and authorised to manage dangerous goods. To ensure a smooth and safe delivery, we always arrange and manage all deliveries that include Li-ion batteries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When purchasing products that are part of our standard range, there is a right of withdrawal period of two (2) weeks from date of invoice. The standard range only includes Sesam 800 and Remotus Jupiter without additional work, such as fitting a cable. Custom Remotus Mercury products are not included<\/u> in the right of withdrawal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each return must be agreed with us in advance by emailing frontoffice@akerstroms.se<\/a>. Approved returns will be credited with 80% of the product value. Freight and packaging will not be credited. The purchaser is responsible for all return freight costs.
